Egg Quality
The Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance Program (PEQAP) is a voluntary certification training program for egg producers, processors, and those technicians responsible for environment and egg sampling to train and certify program participants.
National Egg Quality School teaches about egg quality in a concentrated, comprehensive four days school. Individualized instruction coupled with "hands on" laboratory experience have proven to be successful techniques in preparing the student to become more knowledgeable about eggs.
