This holiday marketing spreadsheet was designed to help producers establish production schedules to meet specific market goals. Utilizing the spreadsheet, one can 'back-calculate' from a desired target market date, such as Ramadan, Passover, or an upcoming fair, to estimate a timeline for breeding and post-wean feeding according to animal gender, breed and biological type.
