The County Extension Director’s Administrative Handbook is a resource tool that includes information, policies, guidelines, and forms in the administrative areas of diversity, finance, insurance, penalty mail, personnel, and program planning and reporting. The handbook should be the first place a CED should consult for information and guidance in these areas.  For further information, the CED should contact the Regional Director.
