Vice President of Events - Tyler Shaw

He began his adventure in 4-H participating in family living and 4-H opportunity projects including woodworking, electricity, gardening, and more. Soon, he began expanding his interests to include many species of livestock, where much of what he raises appears on the North American Livestock Conservancy list. He embraced many of the opportunities 4-H has to offer by participating in the Upper Dauphin Livestock Club, Dauphin County 4-H Friendship Club, Dauphin County Antique Machinery Club, Teen Council, and Dauphin County Exchange Club. He has also enjoyed being a part of Pennsylvania State Achievement Days, Leadership Conference, and resident camp. When he is asked about what was the most important activity you have participated in, he responds, “that is too difficult of a question to answer because each event has been important to me and they all add up to be something great!” He is very excited to be a part of Pennsylvania State Council this year to, in his own words, “give something back to a program that has given so much to me!”
