It's Time to Choose Delegates for National 4-H Congress

National 4-H Congress is a once in a lifetime experience and it should be considered an honor to be chosen as a delegate representing Pennsylvania 4-H. When choosing delegates, please note the following:

• Youth attending must be at least 14 years of age and not more than 19 on January 1st of the year that they attend National 4-H Congress.
• Youth may only attend National 4-H Congress one time unless they are serving on the National 4-H Congress Design Team.
• Youth chosen to attend National 4-H Congress should be mature and well-behaved; and since they will be traveling to another state and a big city, they should also be responsible and reliable.

Send the number of delegates from your county that are planning to attend by July 16, 2012 to Amy Gregor at agregor@psu.edu. To reserve a place in the delegation, a $150.00 transferable, but not refundable, deposit is required. (Names of delegates will be required by August 31). Reservations will be accepted by e-mail with the understanding that you are obligating your county to pay the $150.00 deposit with payment to be sent as soon as possible.
