The process includes:
The interview panel at State Days will choose the individuals’ best suited to serve on the State Council team via this process:
- Written application
- Interview
- Presentation (any 4-H related topic of interest, no more than 10 min in length)
- Speech (no more than 1 min in length)
- Peer vote
