Hi! I am Emily Young from Lawrence County. Back in November I had the opportunity to attend the National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Georgia. Congress was a fantastic five-day event where you get the opportunity to meet other 4-H'ers from across the United States and Puerto Rico. This event is a once in a life time opportunity to meet these 4-H'ers while learning about diversity, service learning and much more. I felt so passionate about this event that I applied for the National 4-H Congress Design Team. The Design Team is a panel of eight youth that help create and make Congress a success and I am proud to say I am representing Pennsylvania on this panel. As not only a participant of Congress but as a youth design team member, I encourage you to apply in your county for the opportunity to attend this life changing event. So, I hope to see you at National Congress in 2017 to represent the great state of Pennsylvania!
