Cecilia Stuetz

This is a very prestigious honor. This year there were 45 applicants from 24 states. The Design Team selection committee said this year's pool of applicants were more creative and very well done -- the best they've ever received.

Cecilia has been part of Pennsylvania 4-H since she was seven years old, and she is currently involved in 4-H in Chester and Montgomery Counties. In 4-H, she participates in the local sewing club, County Council; she is a volunteer teen intern, and she is a regional camp counselor. Cecilia enjoys attending various state wide events as well such as Pennsylvania State Leadership Conference and State Achievement Days, and she enjoyed her first national event in November, National 4-H Congress. Outside of 4-H, she is involved in her school band, the No Place for Hate Committee, and service clubs such as Key Club and Leo Club.

Cecilia is ecstatic about being granted this once in a lifetime chance to serve on the 2012 National 4-H Congress Design Team, and she looks forward to celebrating Pennsylvania 4-H’s centennial throughout 2012. Join us in congratulating Cecilia and wishing her the best as she begins the year of planning.
