Consent for Use of Picture or Name on Club Pages
If you intend to use a picture or name of a 4-H member, you must
obtain written permission from the member's parent or guardian to do so
(if the member is 18, parental permission may not be mandatory).
In consideration of safety issues;
Do not identify any youth by both first and last name; use just their first name, or even a nickname
Do not give a youth's address or school--even using just their city or town should be okayed by their parent or guardian
Do not
provide contact information (includes email address, phone numbers,
etc.) for any youth; use a generic account or use the contact
information of an adult
