Walberts 4-H Club

For a community service project, the Walberts 4-H Club wrapped Red Cross bandages on March 11, 1942. Club members, enrolled in two different sewing projects, made 4 nightgowns, 10 skirts, 4 jumpers, 9 dresses and 5 evening dresses. Due to gasoline rationing that year, Round-up was held at the Allentown Fair instead of other sites. Mary E. Spencer was the Home Demonstration Agent.
