World's Famous Chocolate Candy Bar Sale

There is still time for your club to order World Famous Chocolate Candy Bars. The 4-H Advisory Council knows you just finished selling coffeecakes (and they appreciate it very much), but would really like to ask each club to help sell candy bars in an effort to continue to offset the rising costs & lower funding we are facing again this year. The chocolate bar sale will be in time for Easter (March 31 – great for Easter baskets) & early Spring. The candy bars now come in cases with 60 bars in a case. Candy bars sell for $1/each & have a $3 Pizza Hut coupon on the wrapper. Cases will be mixed and have 20 milk choc. w/ almonds, 5dark choc. w/ almonds, 10 crisp, 15 caramel, 10 milk choc. You must order whole cases & sell what you order. However, just like the coffeecake sale, you can let me know if you are having trouble selling some or need more, and I will be glad to move bars from one club to another. Please discuss selling the bars at your club meeting & let me know how many cases you want. Delivery will be Feb. 15 at the Center – which coincides with 4-H Lock-In. Hopefully that will make it easier for everyone to pick up their orders. We need to sell 100 cases as a county in order to earn a 50% profit. Profit breakdown will be the same as for the coffeecake sale-40% will be returned to your club; 40% will go to the Development Fund; 10% to the 4-H Center; 10% for incentives.
