The York Co. 4-H Benefit Auction will be held Friday, March 15 beginning at 6 pm at the 4-H Center. Proceeds from the auction assist with the maintenance costs of the 4-H Center. Organizational Leaders should have received their packets already. Please pay close attention to club assignments. Again, this year we will have the kitchen open at 4 pm. Homemade treats can be found at the Bake Sale Table. All donations for the Bake Sale Table will be accepted. The Youth Auction will start at 6 pm with the Club Baskets selling at 7 pm. Club Baskets are a highlight of the auction. As in the past, the auction committee asks 4-H clubs to be creative with their ideas. Please contact Chris Foore at 229-2424 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your club's basket theme. Lastly, the auction committee requests that all DONATIONS BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 4 PM ON FRIDAY, so that we have time to get them tagged for the auction.
