4-H Horse Project Enrollment Forms are due in the 4-H Office by June 1.
4-H State Achievement Days is coming up Aug. 6-8 in PSU & it’s time to start thinking about going! There are numerous contests you can compete in. Teens are invited to attend this event to compete in contests, participate in community service projects, meet other 4-H teens from across PA and to spend three fun days at PSU!
The 2013 York County 4-H Fair is coming up! The theme of the fair as been release and we are looking for a cover for our 4-H Fair catalog. A cookie and pie contest have also been announced for this year's fair.
Dates for the 2013 4-H National Congress are Nov 29- Dec 3, 2013. Applying for this prestigious honor is simple.
We’re asking 4-H members to design the 4-H Fair Catalog cover!
Our 2013 4-H Overnight Camp will be held June 29-July 2 at Camp Eder near Fairfield, in Adams Co. 4-H members from Adams, Cumberland & Franklin counties will also be attending. Keep your eyes open for more details.

Find out if you are up for the challenge at 4-H Survivor Camp! This day camp is for 8-12 yr olds & will be held at the 4-H Center June 17-20, 2013.

The state is collecting all 4-H Community Service and Service Learning activities across the state. We are asking each 4-H leader or 4-H teen leader in your 4-H club to report your community service or service learning activity online.
The “Don’t Spend That Dime” campaign was so successful in 2012, that the 4-H Advisory Council and 4-H Fair Board will be sponsoring it again in 2013!
The 2013 Consignment Sale is a wrap. It would not have been possible without all the volunteers who gave so generously of their time. Thank you for your help before the sale, the day of the sale, baking the delicious goodies to sell at the food stand and everything else that helped make the sale a success.
In an effort to help club leaders and members offer & complete more projects, we will be offering two Project Saturdays this year. The dates are May 18 & June 15, at the 4-H Center.
The 4-H Wildlife & Forestry Field Day is scheduled for April 20, 2013, 9:30 am - 3 pm at Rock Springs (Ag Progress Day Site) near Penn State. This state event is open to all 4-H'ers (ages 7-18) interested in or currently taking 4-H wildlife or forestry projects.

Calling all Cloverbuds & their friends! Be sure to come to the 4-H Center on Sat, April 6, 8:30-12:30, for your very own camp. The theme this year is carnival & circus. There will be penny carnival games, clowns, carnival & circus foods & other related activities. We promise lots of fun!
The York Co. 4-H Horse Clubs will be hosting an OPEN BENEFIT HORSE SHOW April 27 at the York Co. 4-H Center. The show includes classes in the divisions of Hunter, English, Western & Gaming.
Please plan on a family night out at Hoss’s Steak & Sea House, March 22, 2013 to help raise money for our 4-H program. Invite all your family, friends, coworkers, everyone to enjoy a delicious meal and at least 20% of your total check will be returned to 4-H!
