Become a Volunteer!
Volunteers are needed as Organizational Club leaders, project leaders and activity leaders.
Volunteers…are asked to serve for at least one year. In some cases, one adult may fulfill all the adult roles within a club. 4-H leaders must complete the Penn State Cooperative Extension Volunteer Screening
process to serve as a 4-H leader or a screened volunteer. The process is:
• written application
• two personal references
• Act 33 & Act 34 clearance reviews
• a personal interview
• VIP orientation and training
