Which Club is Right for You?
Local or County-wide Clubs - Nearly 50 4-H clubs are available to you in Westmoreland County, but each group is an individualized unit that reflects the wants, needs, interests and talents of its members and leaders.
Community 4-H Clubs - A group that offers a variety of 4-H projects for club members to study in subject areas from animal science, engineering, leadership, family and consumer science, plant science, theater arts and more.
Project 4-H Clubs - A group that studies one project area i.e. horse, veterinary science, dog, beef cattle, investors, shooting and nutrition.
Individual Membership (One on One) - A member works through a project at home in supervision with an older teen or adult. Some project work is better suited for this involvement than others.
Agricultural Clubs - A group that focuses their project work on the agricultural sciences such as plants, small animals, market and breeding livestock and horses.
