Special Interest Clubs - Robotics
The 4-H Robotics Club's goal is to cultivate an interest by young people in science and engineering technologies through the design, construction, programming and operation of a robot that performs a specific task.
A new and exciting project for members interested in science and engineering. The 4-H Robotics Club consists of two groups. The JCP 4-H Gears for members ages 14-18 who are building a robot for competition at the FIRST Robotics competition in Pittsburgh. The Jr. group is for members 8-13, they are learning about engineering concepts from the new 4-H Junkdrawer Robotics curriculum. Check out their web page http://jerz.setonhill.edu/robots/.
