Any youth between the ages of 5 and 18 as of January 1 of the current year may participate in 4-H in Wayne County.

Annual Cost:
Horse Members: $37.00
(Educational Materials Fee $10, Insurance $2 and Horse Program Fee $25)
All Other Members: $11.00
(Educational Materials Fee $10 and Insurance $1)
