The 2017 Pennsylvania 4-H Capital Days will be held April 1-3 (Saturday-Monday) at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers in Harrisburg, PA. Capital Days is a 3-day experiential program that provides 4-H’ers ages 14-18 with the unique opportunity to enhance their citizenship and advocacy skills and knowledge of Pennsylvania state government.

This annual event is held to demonstrate achievement of 4-H members and provide recognition of their accomplishments in competitive as well as non-competitive events.
