Currently, there are 10 4-H clubs in Union County that offer a wide variety of projects.
- Cowan Ag (Cowan/Mifflinburg): Livestock, Dairy Cattle, Rabbits, Dairy Goats
- Hidden Treasurers (Forest Hill/Mifflinburg): Cooking, Crafts, Ceramics, Leadership
- Sharpshooters (Mifflinburg): Shooting Sports
- Green Pride (White Deer): Cooking, Sewing, Crafts, Ceramics, Leadership
- Good Time (Mifflinburg): Livestock, Dairy Goats, Rabbits, Camping, Hiking, Tie Dye
- Outdoor Survivors (White Deer): Rocketry, Hiking, Fitness, Photography, Crafts
- Lucky Clovers (New Berlin): Cooking, Sewing, Environmental, Crafts, Ceramics, Leadership, Dog, Cat
- Valley Riders (Mifflinburg/Lewisburg): Horse, Veterinary Science, Leadership
- Farm Safety (Mifflinburg): Farm Safety
- Kelly-Ites (Mifflinburg/Lewisburg): Livestock, Woodworking, Veterinary Science, Crafts, Leadership
Members aged 13 and older are also encouraged to participate in the Teen Council: leadership, community service
As part of one of their theater arts project, the members of the Outdoor Survivors filmed a skit of "The Wizard of Oz" for the Milton Public Library. Please check it out!
