4-H State Achievement Days is an educational three-day program for 4-H members (ages 13-18), sponsored each year by Penn State Extension. This annual event is held to demonstrate achievement of 4-H members and provide recognition of their accomplishments in competitive as well as non-competitive events.
Bring your 4-H projects to the Harford Fair 4-H Building (with the exception of cakes and baked goods) to be judged the next day!
Held during Ag Progress Days, teams of four will compete in a series of head-to-head elimination matches. Teams will be asked questions and awarded for correct answers. There are two age divisions - junior (ages 8-12) and senior (13-18). Any youth with equine interest can participate.

The 2017 Pennsylvania 4-H Capital Days will be held April 1-3 (Saturday-Monday) at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers in Harrisburg, PA. Capital Days is a 3-day experiential program that provides 4-H’ers ages 14-18 with the unique opportunity to enhance their citizenship and advocacy skills and knowledge of Pennsylvania state government.
