4-H Ladder of Achievement
4-H members should be challenging themselves to do better, learn more, and expand their experiences further with each new 4-H year. With every 4-H opportunity, members have the chance to grow in their knowledge and personal skills. Take the challenge; plan to complete one level of the 4-H Ladder of Achievement Program. White, Green, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels offer you a goal to work towards. Those who complete the levels will be honored at the annual Recognition Dinner this fall.
This award is designed to encourage 4-H members to engage in a variety of projects and activities that will enable them to acquire the seven leadership life skills necessary to lead successful lives as competent, caring and contributing citizens. Leadership life skills include: understanding self, communicating, getting along with others, learning to learn, decision making/problem solving, managing, and working with groups.
