Use this form to have potential buyers sign as proof that you talked with them. This form must contain the signatures of at least 3 buyers and be turned in during check-in at Beaver Community Fair.

This document provides the requirements for the 113 Pennsylvania County and Community Fairs receiving funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The management of individual fairs may adopt requirements which are more stringent than those of the Department, and all exhibitors are encouraged to check with the management of each fair in advance to ensure compliance with all requirements.
