Perry County, PA 4-H

4-H is a youth development program. As a 4-H member, you will participate in a variety of learning experiences. 4-Hers “learn by doing” through involvement in projects. 4-H members make new friends and learn to work and play with other young people and adults.

Come discover just a few of the many adventures that await you at the next 4-H meeting! 4-H is fun and learning with projects! Projects include babysitting, electricity, entomology, fiber arts, food & nutrition, gardening, horses, large animals, leadership, photography, rocketry, small animals, wildlife and much more!

Any youth ages 5 to 18 can join 4-H! Our general membership consists of youth ages 8 to 18. We also have a Clover Bud program for youth ages 5 to 7. All ages are considered as of January 1st of the current year.

To join 4-H in Perry County, the costs include:

• $12 Educational Materials Fee
• $25 Horse Member Fee (only if joining the horse program)
• Cost of project materials
