Elizabeth Pope Named Finalist for Outstanding Horse Member Award

Elizabeth Pope, a 4-H Member in the Backwoodsmen 4-H Horse Club was named a Finalist for the "Pennsylvnia 4-H Horse Program Outstanding Member Award". Elizabeth was one of five finalists from across Pennsylvania. The awards were presented at the State 4-H Horse Show Recognition Ceremony on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Elizabeth received a Halter and Lead donated by Tory Leather Company, Williamsport. Samantha Fairchild, of Lancaster County, was named the Horse Program Outstanding Member.
