County 4-H Round-Up and Fair 2012
Posted: August 1, 2012
The Northumberland County 4-H Project Round-Up will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the Sunbury Armory. This is, again, the Kick-Off Event for the Northumberland County Fair. 4-H Members are required to have their projects completed each year and Project Judging is part of the completion requirements. Please note that if you do not complete a project, including having that project judged, you are inellegible to take that same project again next year!
Registration for Round-Up will begin at 4:00 p.m. with judging beginning by 4:30 p.m. County Council Members will be on hand to help you through the process and have some fun with you while you are waiting for the closing picnic. The Closing Picnic will take place immediately following Round-Up Judging. All 4-H members, leaders, and families are invited to attend free of charge. Please watch for an e-mail from your club leader regarding what each club will be asked to bring (Development Council will provide Hot Dogs, Sloppy Joe, and a pasta salad).
Your club leader will soon be receiving (or already has received) the Project Evaluation Sheets for Round-Up. Please make sure that you have met with your Club Leaders to have the leader portion of the evaluation form completed prior to coming to Round-Up!
