Up For The Challenge

A 4-H project to help youth develop lifelong daily habits that include fitness, nutrition and health.

Through a series of 1 hour sessions, youth will develop lifelong daily habits that include fitness, nutrition and health. Participation in activities, lessons, discussion and application of ideas presented, youth will develop technical, communication, social and leadership skills to become healthier more productive citizens.
Works well as an in school or after school program.
