School Enrichment
Embryology is a 4-H School Enrichment program which consists of an interactive life science activity that uses avian eggs to demonstrate the stages of embryonic development.
The Up for the Challenge curriculum was initially developed by the University of Maryland 4-H/Army Youth Development Project to strengthen the baseline for Sports, Fitness and Health activities. Penn State Cooperative Extension has adapted the curriculum manual for use in Pennsylvania. Accompanying the manual is a 4-H youth guide called “Ready, Set, Goal.”
