Jensen Award

It shall be the responsibility of the 4-H leaders to nominate those 4-H members who have participated in community and civic affairs and citizenship work, thereby increasing the interest, understanding and knowledge of the responsibility of a citizen. If the leader is a parent of the nominee a second letter of nomination is needed, preferably from another adult in 4-H.
Nominees should be at least 14 years old (as of 01/01/11) and have completed 2 years of 4-H work. Each nominee must complete a Green Form, which will be used as a guide in the selection of the finalists. The final selections will be based upon personal interviews with PAC. A Jensen Award recipient is not eligible for nomination a second time. Applications are due October 10th.
