West End Fair letter explaining dates, procedures, fair watchers.
You can pre-register up to 35 entries, but final limit at the fair is 25 entries
You must be enrolled in a 4-H project pertaining to your entry by July 1. You can not have more than one entry in a class. You can also enter items under- Exhibit (30), Scrapbook (31), Officer Book (32), Promoting 4-H (44), or Community Development (40).
