For the second year in a row, Lycoming County is home to the Pennsylvania 4-H Volunteer of the Year! At the annual banquet in November, Amanda Emig (4-H Artitude) was recognized for her upbeat, creative attitude, and the work she does within 4-H as well as countless other organizations, including Ashkar Elementary PTA, James V. Brown Library, and Williamsport Area Management Association.

Congratulations Amanda! Lycoming 4-H is so proud!

Amanda and 2014 Volunteer of the Year Tammy Koser will be recognized at the state level during the luncheon at State Leader’s Forum in January.
