The PA 4-H Wildlife & Forestry Educational Field Day is a state level experience for all 4-H youth. It is slated for April 23, 2016, and will take place in Rock Springs, PA (at The Ag Progress Days Site), 12 miles south of State College, PA. No advance preparation is necessary for participants.
4-H Equine & Livestock Science Camp is a hands-on, science-focused residential camp for 4-H members who are enrolled in an animal science project and who were between the ages of 13 and 18 as of January 1, 2016. Screened 4-H volunteers or Extension staff are welcome to register as chaperones for this event, as workshop content will be of interest to adults as well as youth.
4-H State Achievement Days is an educational three-day program for 4-H members (ages 13-18), sponsored each year by Penn State Extension. This annual event is held to demonstrate achievement of 4-H members and provide recognition of their accomplishments in competitive as well as non-competitive events.
