UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- With state and federal budget deficits causing funding uncertainty this year, many organizations face tough choices when it comes to cutting expenses. Among the programs facing potential shortfalls are Penn State Extension's 4-H youth development program. In an effort to help, Tractor Supply Company (TSC) stores in Pennsylvania are joining 4-H to support local youth with the 4-H TSC Paper Clover Campaign, a national in-store fundraising effort to benefit state and local 4-H programming in each of the communities where a Tractor Supply Company store is located.
