Throop 4-H Jan. 2012 Monthly Meeting
The next monthly meeting is scheduled for January 13,2012; 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.; Building 6 Memorial Drive, Throop, PA. Members will be working on the “Make it with Mixes” project by doing some book work.
They will be figuring out the cost per servings for the cookies, pudding and brownies they cooked and tasted at the December meeting.
While working on the new project “Palette of Fun”, Unit 1 Scissors Snipping, members will be making valentines for a Personal care home and writing out “Valentines for Vets” to give to Veterans at the Gino Merli Veterans Hospital in Scranton. And of course we will be having pizza and soda.
Organizational Leader, Catherine Darko will introduce members to the new project “Public Adventures”.
Any boy or girl age 8 – 18 years old can join 4-H. If interested call 4-H Educator Ruth Burns at 570-963-6842ing some book work.
