Community Service: Making Easter Tray Favors for a Nursing Home
We are asking each 4-H club to report their Community
Service or Service Learning activity on the following
survey link http://www.surveymonkey.com/
s/2012citizenship-impact-communityservice. Click on the link and answer the 11 questions.
Please only report activities from October 1, 2011
until September 30, 2012. You will need to report
each activity separately. Most 4-H clubs will have
more than one community service project during the year.
