Award & Recognition Forms
Members: Use the following forms to apply for the Outstanding Junior Member or Outstanding Senior Member Award.
The 4-H Clover Award is given to a Cumberland County 4-H club that shows excelence and determination in 4-H events and activities, community service projects, and overall participation.
The 4-H Advisory Council will recognize an individual, group, or business that has made extensive contributions to the Cumberland County 4-H Program.
This award recognizes a 4-H Adult Volunteer who demonstrated superior commitment and outstanding leadership to a 4-H club in Cumberland County.
The Advisory Council will recognize a 4-H member who has been nominated by a club leader for exhibiting enthusiasm for 4-H and his/her club and will encourage excellence in the upcoming year.
This award recognizes a 4-H member who has demonstrated the qualities exemplified by Jane Gregory, a former Cumberland County 4-H volunteer, club leader, and Advisory Council member. These qualities include a love of nature and the outdoors, a willingness to encounter new places and adventurous experiences, a strong commitment to family, a dedication to the youth and families of 4-H, and a peaceful, encouraging personality.
Each year, the Rosemarie Peiffer Scholarship is awarded to a Cumberland County 4-H member. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements as listed in the application guidelines. Applications are due to the Extension Office by Monday, May 6, 2013.
