Quality Animal Management Training

Clinton County Quality Animal Management Training Dates Announced. The training is required for 4-H'ers enrolled in ANY animal science project, whether exhibiting (showing) that project or not. 4-H members have the option to attend on either June 5, June 12, or June 19. Mark your calendars!
Livestock Judging Camp
April 4, 2017
2017 Livestock Judging Camp will be held July 21st through July 23rd. Registration will be available in early May.
State Council Applications Now Open

The forms to apply for the 2018 State Council team are now available on our website. If you have 4-H members ages 16-18 (4-H age) who are demonstrating high level leadership ability in the club, county, and regional level, please encourage them to apply.

Youth in the Science Track of the 2017 Wildlife and Forestry Field Day learned to apply wildlife and forestry knowledge in on-site skills sessions. A sign language interpreter (center) assisted in explaining tree measuring technique.

The 2017 4-H Wildlife and Forestry Field Day, held at Rock Springs, PA, was another “wild” success! 4-H youth and adults from across the state explored the wildlife and forestry sciences. The event featured an Exploratory Track for younger 4-H youth and a Science Track for teens. The theme for the Exploratory Track presented tools and methods for wildlife and forestry research, while the Science Track focused on applying research knowledge to managing forests and wildlife.
