Important member enrollment information
All club members must be entered into 4-H Online and have paid the $20 program materials fee to your primary club by Thursday June 1 (the same date as designation forms are due for breeding livestock, rabbits and dairy) to be permitted to show in Round Up and other shows. The exception is for the market livestock projects – you must be registered and paid by spring weigh-in, or you won’t be permitted to weigh in your animals.
4-H Meeting requirements
All returning Butler County 4-H members are required to participate in 60% of club meetings beginning with the meeting immediately following Round Up – therefore starting with your September club meeting you must attend 60% of the meetings between September 2016 and August 2017.
Meeting attendance is important because it helps you stay current on what is happening in Butler County 4-H and with your project. Don’t be left out of next year’s Round Up because you have not attended enough club meetings!
