Teens selected for Team Horse Power will learn leadership, communication, and teaching skills and techniques for demonstrating horsemanship skills. Advisors will work with team members to coordinate schedules, ensure quality presentations, and evaluate audience impact. Due date for Team Horse Power member applications is February 27, 2015
Emphasis will be placed on horsemanship and equitation. Additional discussion will focus on developing the lead change for the pattern classes.
Military youth in 1st - 5th grades are invited to join us for a free day camp. Activities throughout the day will focus on fun facts about this great state!
Military Youth in 6th-12th grades are invited to come out for a free Tech Day Camp where the campers will produce their own storied movies using people, clay, drawing and building bricks. Using the stop-motion software we will create a story board, music, build our characters and backdrop set, and take several still-pictures for each frame of our short movie.

The 2015 Pennsylvania 4-H Capital Days will be held April 18-20 (Saturday-Monday) at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers in Harrisburg, PA. Capital Days is a 3-day experiential program that provides 4-H’ers ages 14-18 with the unique opportunity to enhance their citizenship and advocacy skills and knowledge of Pennsylvania state government.
The PA 4-H Wildlife & Forestry Educational Field Day is a state level experience for all 4-H youth. It is slated this year for April 25, 2015, and will take place in Rock Springs, PA (at The Ag Progress Days Site), 12 miles south of State College, PA. No advance preparation is necessary for participants.
4-H Equine & Livestock Science Camps offer older teens enrolled in equine or livestock projects the opportunity to learn the finer points of animal management from expert Penn State faculty and specialists.

4-H State Achievement Days is an educational three-day program for 4-H members (ages 13-18), sponsored each year by Penn State Extension.
